3. Domain name change and new email addresses.
4. To consider and approve any new CIL spending.
5. To discuss the consultation requests and consider responses for the following:
An application for renewal of a Street Trading Consent Munchbox in the lay-by at the Leigh,Tewkesbury Road, Tewkesbury Gloucestershire.
6. Update on Highways Issues.
7. To consider and formally adopt an IT Policy in accordance with the new requirements set out in the 2025 Practitioners’ Guide for Smaller Authorities, including a new assertion for Digital and Data Compliance. Draft IT Policy circulated in advance.
8. To discuss the Recruitment and Selection process for the clerks position.
9. Any other business.
Members are reminded that the Council has a duty to consider the above matters in the exercise of any of its functions: Equalities, Crime and Disorder, Health and Safety and Human Rights.
